I’VE MOVED 10 TIMES IN THE LAST 11 YEARS

I’ve overcome a depression that required medication and weekly therapy visits I am happily divorced and successfully co-parent with my children’s father I started a new business as a single mother with two kids under 6 I have a new partner and am navigating the rollercoaster ride that is the blended family;)

Deb Lauren Coaching partners with working professionals to help them uncover hidden causes of burnout blocking them from sustainable high performance. . .

Through personalized 1:1 coaching, I teach clients how to acknowledge and prioritize behaviors and decision making that resource their brain with the fuel needed to manage their nervous system ( stress and energy) and turn on executive functions (problem solving, big picture thinking, creativity) required for high performance in both professional and personal roles.
